First you need to register yourself as a student on all these forums by updating your skills, profile/ resume. You can then subscribe to their alerts to get updates about the internships that best suit you.

There are also other government organizations/ MNCs that offer internships, but you cannot find those in the online forums. You need to go their website and upload your details in the career/ job opportunities page to get shortlisted for the interview process.
