Generally we have a very good system of measuring the power consumption. But the only problem is the energy used to measure the power consumption can be tampered. Through this project you are going to build a unique tampered energy meter monitoring based on IoT.
The AMR system enables remote access of existing energy meter by the energy provider. AMR system aims to move away from the traditional method of manual reading of electricity meters in which a meter reader visits every meter location periodically and read the meter value manually.
This project is an electronic system which can be implemented by using Arduino & GSM Module to give a command and receive feedback. We will use the technique of power shedding.
