Project Description:

This python coded project has been designed in a way that it is easy to understand by the users. The main motive of this project was to ease the people from searching for medicines from store to store. Unlike the old traditional way where the person has to go out to buy a medicine from a respective medical store, this digital system is more like a shopping site where one can purchase the medicine item or items and get it at their doorway. This had been created keeping in mind so that the patient does not have to go and buy medicine even in an unhealthy situation.

The project consists of the python codes and database files. This has basically two sections the admin and the user. The admin holds the power to control everything on the website. He/she can add, update, edit, delete an item in the website. The admin also checks the price of every product he/she if wants can change the price and offer a discount. The user is the people who have created an account on the website. Each user account contains every detail of their orders and payment history. It also has a pre-paid gateway.  Whenever a medicine item is searched it along with the medicine its compounds and formula of the medicine with all the vivid details is shown from the database so that the buyer get a clear idea of what they are purchasing.

Objectives:

• The first and foremost objective is to provide one-day delivery system as it does not make any sense if the customer needs the medicine today and it will be delivered tomorrow.
• It circulates on the part that most expensive medicines are not always available on many medical shops due to fewer buyers so people have to search multiple stores to find the medicine, it nullifies that effort. The medicine will be delivered at your doorstep.
• Every medicine searched on the website come with a display of detailed explanation of it so that the customer buying it had a clear idea of the product.
• To give discounts to the customers as compared to the medical shops.
• It is 24x7 hours of the service provider.

Observation:

It is a golden effort to make it easier for old age people as of now they will not have to travel and buy they can just purchase it from this pharmacy project website. Not only that it is a 24x7 hour service portal so even at midnight in case of emergency people can buy medicine with ease. It is a total hassle-free service. And everything is digitally kept in the database of the user so there is no insecurity of losing bill.

• Python3: This is the latest version of python which had been used for coding.
• MySQL: For database work.
• MySQL Connecter: To connect MySQL and python.
