A robot with an arm for bore well rescue mission offers to this situation, fast, economical and safe. The robot consists of the arm, side wheels and camera to visual inside condition of a child



The Zigbee technology is implemented to control the robot and transmitting the signal.

Project Description:

  1. AT89S52: The AT89S52 is a low power, high performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8k bytes of in-system programmable flash memory. This is a powerful microcontroller which provides high flexibility and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. It has the following standard features: 8K bytes of flash, 256 bytes of RAM, 32 I/O lines, watchdog timer, 2 data pointers, 3 16-bit timers/counters, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry.
  2. Zigbee: It is a bidirectional wireless communication technology of short distance, low complexity, low cost, low power consumption, and low data rate. It mainly works on 2.4 GHz ISM band with 20 -250kbits data rate.
  3. DC Motor: This is an electric machines which converts electrical energy to mechanical energy. This is the most commonly used motor for the actuation of robots
  4. Mechanical Frame: The robot frame is designed to rotate in 360 degrees of 3 wheel to balance the sides of the pipe or Bore well and the arm is attached with gear arrangement and in front to pick the child
  5. Camera: Wireless AV receiver is used to capture the situation inside the bore well
