About Augmented Reality (AR) Technology

Augmented reality is a real direct or indirect view of the real-world environment. The physical elements of the environment are replaced by computer-generated images or graphics. The concept of AR technology was first mentioned in 1901 but it came to action from 1990 by Thomas P. Caudell. Use computer-generated images in the construction industry started in the year 2012.
