You can use the "Ask Experts" option in your learning portal to schedule 1-1 doubt clarification sessions with our experts. Our technical expert will call and assist you on the time that you choose.

The refund can be claimed within 3 days of the kit reaching you. You will have to ship the kit back to us and the refund will be initiated once we receive the kit.

We do not encourage spot registrations. Our team requires estimate of number of participants attending the program to make necessary arrangements. This will help us plan for the event smoothly with sufficient kits and number of trainers. So we request you to register as early as possible either on our website or with your college representative/ faculty (where applicable)

Since the seats are limited you are advised to register as early as possible. The registration will automatically close down once the seats are full. In addition, we will send you emails which will help you prepare for the program in advance so that you can maximize the learning from this. So we suggest to register as early as you can.

Yes, Your registration can be shifted from one event to another. Please send us an email from your registered email id with following details to register@skyfilabs.com so we can shift your program.

Although we will not provide you accommodation, we will help you by giving you the details of some economical paying guest facilities/ private hostels (Ladies and Gents) that are close to the venue. In some cases, the host college provides accommodation in their hostels. You can find this information on your event page and contact them to finalize an accommodation that suits you.

The program will start at 9 AM and will end at 5 PM each day. The confirmation of the same (along with details of any changes) will be sent to you as an SMS and Email alert 1-2 days before the program starts.

Most of our programs are open to people from all backgrounds who are interested in practical learning. The trainer starts each session from the basics to ensure everyone can learn. • Every student gets a Certificate of Completion upon completing the course.
• We also provide Certificate of Distinction to top performers in certain courses. The criterion for this will be clearly mentioned in the program webpage and the trainer will explain the same during the program.

All certificates of Skyfi Labs are system-generated and come with a unique number. The certificates can be downloaded by you by logging in to https://www.skyfilabs.com/account. The certificates can also be verified by anyone using your unique certificate number to check its validity at https://www.skyfilabs.com/verify-certificate.
For classroom programs, the certificates will be released within 24 hours of completiton of the program after we cross-check your attendance. Sometimes we will need confirmation from the host college/ faculty and might take more time. in such cases, we will keep you informed of the delay.

You should bring the payment receipt (if online payment), DD (if paying via DD), confirmation email that you received, your college ID card, notebook and pen to the venue. Some courses require you to bring a laptop. You can find this details in your event page. You will also get an email if we have any special requirements for your program.

For some workshops involving Software Modelling, Programming and Robotics, you are advised to bring a laptop but is not mandatory. In case you are unable to bring a laptop, our trainer will help you by combining you with other members/ teams that have a laptop. You will get an email 24-48 hours before the program informing you if you need to bring a laptop. The mail will contain all other information needed for you to prepare and attend the program.
