Description: Due to rapid urbanization road construction for fast and efficient movement is unavoidable .EIA is an important process to be followed before commencement of any major project like highway construction .EIA consists the assessment of an positive and negative impact of any development on environment as well as socioeconomics condition of the region under consideration. The current project focusses on the study EIA of Sangli-Kolhapur highway stretch from Hatkangale to Ankali. It will include impact on land water as well as on the air because of stretch under consideration. The images for the study will be taken from NRSS and google earth as a source and analysis will be done by the QGIS. Field survey will be carried out to generate the traffic details along with data regarding change in land use, increase in land cost and alived things. Questioner will be develop to generate the require things.
