Outcome: Reduce the time required for drilling,follow the IS rules in wiring,reduce the labour cost,neglect the time required for measurement and marking etc.
Description: Most commonly used wiring system in India is Casing Capping wiring system. But the drawback is that it is a time consuming process, i.e. more time is required for drilling; to house the casing over wall. Also before drilling a reference line has to be drawn which has to be checked several times that whether it is aligned straight.Therefore we are going to make 3 axis Semi-AutomaticDrilling Machine which can reduces the time required for drilling process by allowing the machine to move in three different axis which will drill holes into the wall Vertically, Horizontally and also into the Ceiling with appropriate depth and accuracy. This will reduce human errors, labour cost and also will be reliable and safe.So using an idea for such development we will be making Semi-Automatic Drilling Machine using PLC, Sensors, Motors, Limit Switch, Chain and Socket,etc.This machine will be most useful in Industrial Contracts, Buildings, Domestic houses where the Casing Capping wiring is to be installed.
