As per the DGCA regulations, drones that weigh less than 250 gms can be flown without having any license. Most of the kid’s drones weigh less than 250 grams so there is no issue in flying it. Kids can fly their drones in an enclosed area like inside their home, shuttle court, tennis court, school grounds, etc.
But the ceiling level of the drone should not exceed more than 200ft. Also, drones should not be flown near military installations, populated spaces, airports and private properties.
It is advisable to keep the drone away from the site of cops otherwise they will find a reason to seize the drone.
